Excellent research! I will just add that at the Yukon-Nevada site, they also mention that Yukon and Northwest intend to form a new company on the TSE called Yukon-Snaanxi.

Imagine Scott sitting in his office. There is a knock on the door. He opens the door and is greeted by 600 geologists, engineers and technicians from Northwest. They ask, 'How can we help?'.
