This is the info I got today. There is a delay in paperwork that is required by the Fed for a foreign company buying a majority interest in a US company. I was told it was just a technicality. It is anticipated that everything will proceeded as expected. Time frame?? Soon but who really knows.

There will be a Stockholders meeting called in the 4th quarter which will require the stockholders to approve the buyout.

Production will not start back until October at the earliest. (Translation: maybe by the end of the year. Remember this is First Gold we are talking about!!) Crushers need to be upgraded and the pit is being revamped or expanded??? Regardless, the pit is out of operation as of right now.

No comment when asked about the rumor on a reverse split but I believe that will unfortunately happen. Take all this for what is worth.

At least Northwest will be running things soon, thank goodness.
