LOL, Thanks for the boost boot. I'm just glad to have found a message board where I can find, or share info on FGOC. When I have time to poke around, I'll certainly share anything I can find. But, I think like a lot of other posters, I've been kinda quiet , just waiting to see what develops. In a sense that's what we get paid to do in the market..........wait. Hopefully, the longer we have to wait on FGOC, the more "recompense" we'll all share.

The wife and I just made our big move to New Mexico, so we're kinda busy trying to figure out our next move down here. I guess we'll hold up at my brother's for a while until Real Estate decides where it's going. We took our lumps in the Ohio RE market, so we're looking to not have to repeat that mess down here. I'm expecting RE prices and materials prices to fall further, so I don't want to jump in right now. We'll try to stay busy, be productive, and maybe travel some over the next few months.
