Yes, issue shares, then reverse split. I suppose this is better that bankrupsy and nothing. I would prefer the dilution then earn their way w/o the split personally. Nothing like quality work and production. A large S/O would not attract new money. Aside: Not producing in the timelines set forth would drive away the small investor to boot...

If the new collective team sorts out the low output from the leach field, and gets a respectible amount of gold production then we as sharholders will get some reprieve. Boot
