Just some thoughts: we never got to full production before money ran out at RC, we reach single digit % wise of production.. Northwest must see enough potential to go ahead and put a lot of money into this project. I too am upside down and hoping for the best. The release says 500 million shares will be out then a 5 for 1 RS will take place. 120 million shares will still be out, but, 65 million will be locked up by northwest to keep their 51% ownership. I have always been positive on this stock, now i hope to just get out and not lose so much money. This has been a dream to a nightmare come true. But i will still say I could have sold in the .90's but i did not and it is my fault. Read the release again this morning and man is it bleak! PB
