I don't get very good detail from the OTC Time and sales, but I would guess that this vol on FGOC is some kind of trading between brokers or even the same broker, as in a cross....otherwise with orders like 1 million shares a pop you would expect to see the share price jump (buying up the asks)...or drop (selling at market)

Thoughts .....anyone?
