They're certainly not making it easy....I find I no longer hold stocks "Long"....I try to get used to their trading patterns and buy and sell at the appropriate time.

Some I hold Long but only because I've allowed myself to get trapped....I've learned that one should have a comfort zone established for their stocks...once the shareprice breaches the comfort zone....Sell....wish I had done that 2 years ago.....we should all be prepared to lose.... to stay in the game...
