Sorry about getting back to you so late, Money. No link. Just heard from what I consider a very reliable source.

Have heard another company is negotiating with the board to come in and take over. Not sure it is going to go through. I think the courts will have to accept the deal. Doubt this will not be good for stockholders. I was told the company but I will try to confirm it first before posting it. I'm not too positive at this point.
