There are bashers in every bush eh? No. You folks carry way too much emotion and you imagine that which isn't there. I don't bash, I state what I perceive. And yes, from what we have been presented with, FWR BOD is plenty worried. So they should be. They don't get to call the shots and their baby is being put up for custody hearing so they have to prove they are the worthy parent. Wouldn't you worry?
I don't know where you are getting your information from but the FWR BoD is not so worried from what I can tell.
It seems to me that the NOT BoD and probably many of it's shareholders are very concerned though. I say this because they are here some discussing issues, some posting negatively towards Mac, not even considering that no one in the NOT BoD even compares to him on several layers, one for which is trust.
NOT should be worried about a backlash or a "criss cross" where they wind up being the ones taken out. Then their chrome put in moth balls for 50 years while E1 is used by cliffs to open pit and pay for the rail line and infrastructure. They(Cliffs) could then leave the pencil of nickel in the ground or jv it out to another play.
So think of that.
I also see nervous share holders when I see limp noodles on the forum, with an obvious alias just to cause trouble. This is childish and Idaresay I may take flack from the children for the comparison. There will be no back stabbing by Cliffs. Not everyone works like the NOT BoD and its squad of bullies.
There are honourable people in the mining industry. We have many on our team. Why would Cliffs ever want to deal with them when they know perfectly well they could get the straight good from Hoy and Watson?
This story they use about Cliffs sitting back and then picking up the pieces yada yada??? No chance. It would be much easier for Cliffs to take out NOT and keep the amalgamation of the rof going. With NOT taken out, there will be nomore trouble in the RoF. Amalgamation will occur as it should.
As for the above Cliffs knows this. If Cliffs was behing anything they would sure put a muzzle on whats his name for yeling it out on this forum.
