I think there's a big difference between the R.N. context when he was with Noront, and Mac Watson's present day context with Freewest. Mac knows he must get news out. There's one big reason why. We all know it. R.N. did not have the same pressure or time constraints.

Certainly there's lots of stuff going on behind closed doors. Much of it's strategic. I would like to think that little old me was really important so that Mac would share this info. Not going to happen. So you pays your money... and wait.

I still think the Noront offer is a bad offer. It's not good for the Noront shareholders (I'm one of them) and it's not good for Freewest shareholders (I'm one of them). The ROF has immense opportunity for every junior explorco. Companies like Cliffs knows this. That's why they've ponied up some cash.

The drills need to continue drilling to unlock the treasure chest we call The Ring of Fire. That's why - to me - the Noront offer should be ignored by all Freewest shareholders.
