Hey Miskealp.....I take issue with your statement(s)

Where do you get that information parading as a fact? is it possible that he didn't know.....or is it possible that he deemed at this point that it didn't constitute 'material change'...yet. Or is it possible that NOT is just simply playing games(isn't it up to the operator of a JV to make any announcements?)...or....etc

That's such a HUGE leap of logic, considering NOT is known for secrecy and FWR is known for openness. It's far more likely that you have your agenda and you can't help....ah.....sharing.
