There has been some confusion regarding protocol on the Freewest hub and we wanted to provide some clarification and rationale for our actions.

AGORACOM is the official online investor relations firm for Freewest Resources, and as such, as per securities regulations, official communications from Freewest Resources (eg. Direct quotes from management) can only come from the company itself via press release or AGORACOM acting in our official capacity as the Investor Relations firm.

While we do not question the veracity of our members who have posted quotes attributed to Freewest management, we are still obliged to remove these posts because it has the potential to become a slippery slope (eg. Someone can post “Mac told me he is getting a better offer from another suitor” OR "Mac told me their drill program completely missed so I'm selling). There is no way to either confirm or deny these types of posts which can potentially be very detrimental to the company and its shareholders.

As such, we can neither confirm nor deny the authenticity of any quotes attributed to Freewest unless they come directly from the company. Further, it will remain our policy to delete these posts.

We hope that all shareholders can understand that we are acting in the best interests of Freewest, which ultimately means the best interests of its shareholders.
