Nov. 12 & 13 hearing

This is for the corporate legal people on the forum. Any thoughts on the upcoming hearing before the Bureau de decision et de revision en valeurs mobilieres?

Do you think the decision from the OSC with Neo Material Technologies in September will have any bearing on the Quebec Courts? Albeit the bid for Neo from Pala was within Neo's shareholders rights. Noronts bid is not in FWR's (please correct me if I am wrong).

The result was paramount in now giving some creedence to "poison pills".
