If you read the 11/19 article closely you would see toward the end the following comment under "Going Concern Opinion"..."We believe that our continued existence is dependent upon our ability to grow the profits of our satellite television operations and make our retail wireless operations profitable, and our ability to raise additional capital to reduce debt. Accordingly, the notes to our unaudited, interim consolidated financial statements express substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern."

My question is how can Mr. Gallagher give us such a glowing report today when the above statment was made the previous day.  If anyone can help me with this quandary (Mr. Gallagher?)  I would really appreciate the guidance.
