imho once the debt of 4 -4.5 m is extinguished then the picture changes a lot. Imo the spin outs are part of that process to generate cash. The recent change on the 8k also may entice some conversions, on 1.9M worth of current notes.

Jmho but things could look much different in a month or 2 and even more by the end of 08.

No telling what gyrations the SP will do in the next 12 months, unless you put a call in to the phsyic hotine.

Time will tell, but it should be interesting
