hfacto...There are more factors in a penny stock than just the CEO buying shares!...lol

The financing deal Dec 19 2007

The potential dividends from the new spinout(s)

Shorts and daytraders (sorry for the bad language...LOL)

Individual investors nervousness when shorts hit...

etc, etc, etc...

take your pick...

IMO, if you are in penny stocks, consider it lost money.....if you have patience and do your own "Due Diligence", you may see a nice return by year end on this one.....That being said, nothing is guaranteed

My current position (approx. 1.6% of O/S) on FLIP is "buy on dips and hold for the coming news re: spinouts and dividends"

I'm sure, however, that this type of investment is extremely risky and I could lose a bunch if I sold prematurely (not the first time...LOL)
