If you mean the debt holders....not a chance....there are still some left and there isn't enough "authorized" available for them to convert to and sell...this is why I feel there will be a RS soon, maybe in Q1 2009....JMHO

The penny stock flippers (traders), IMO, have moved on....hence "no action" ...
