And more debt to come...the "not announced (by SG at FTS Group)" lawsuit by Laurus will/has cost current and future legal debt, the potential liabilities as a result of that lawsuit, the failure to report the "cancellation" of the OGOH/MEDV "purchase " correctly (in the eyes of some) as a liabilty to Laurus/On-The-Go....just because they (FLIP et al) said they are walking away, doesn't mean the liability is gone...after all there were TWO signed agreements involving the purchase!!!!

Too much baggage on this one and every day on the pinksheets is a day closer to bankruptcy/insolvency, etc (in my opinion only)........

Anyway, I've walked (crawled) away from this one and I consider myself lucky to have moved on...
