We understand that Button Group Ltd is in administration in the UK, which usually means it is being closed down, unless a buyer can be found. Please visit www.companieshouse.gov.uk and see for yourself - don't take my word for it!

IMHO, as there is nothing else of any significance left in FMDAY.PK if Button Group folds, I presume the end is now inevitable, hence no PRs, filings or CCs.

For a tiny specialist UK company with a series of dreadful managements that invested in products and services that either no one wanted or were sold at a loss, quite how small investors have been allowed to lose over $100m here over the years simply beggars belief, whilst the directors have done very nicely out of it, as have the toxic financiers who will no doubt now offset their paper loss here against US tax liabilities, so the american taxpayer is also footing the final bill.

"Moral hazard"? Morals don't come into it - EVIL is the only word I begin to find adequate... The systematic self-enrichment at the expense of thousands of small investors' retirement savings, through a company whose real name judging by its performance should always have been "no-futuremedia". FMDAY is proof positive of what was always wrong with the NASDAQ, why the SEC is worse than useless and whysmall investors should give these stocks a wide berth.
