Concur with your summary. The claims made in the IPO and other filings are dubious, however agree that any investigation is unlikely to uncover criminal actions. The absence of 2008 financials, website updates and press releases all indicate that they did not want to make any statement that could mislead however the announcement of a good Cannes in the spring is marginal, especially as they filed the CVA's in April - anyone who bought in March / April may have a case but the management will have the safety of the D&O cover which I am sure was paid promptly by the company "us" ahead of long standing creditors.

Whilst the directors were hansomely paid for their work I would be surprised if they have any significant assets to go after. Unfortunately this looks like just another bad investment unless others are keen to pursue the matter.
