Can confirm that I received a letter from Vantis of 66 wigmore St., London who are the appointed Administrator for Button PLC. The letter confirms that Spice was a trading name of Button Group and not as it appeared a seperate company.

Can't believe that there is much in the way of assets to liquidate so have no option to write-off my investment and debt.
