too right - and it is reported that there was no response from the directors to the receivers' request for statements as reported in the companies house filing - it seems that once the bank moved in, as opposed to the CVA administrator, all cooperation ceased.

The directors of both FMDAY and Button are playing a personally dangerous game here - they could be disbared from holding any company office in any EU company again.

Yorkville have lost here bigtime - and that's only on Button - surely FMDAY must have even bigger debts? Let's hope their bank moves in too!

I wish I could sell Yorkville short - oneway bet - I suspect a hell of a lot of their loan book looks pretty much like this baby does....
