ACCOUNTS OFFICIALLY OVERDUE

The UK government website now officially lists FMDAY as being overdue in filing accounts:

This opens the door to a formal complaint being made that could potentially leading to an investigation and potentially prosecutions of the current directors under UK law.

As a PLC operating in the UK and being required to file accounts there, this is a very different environment to pinksheet listing in the US and the consequences for those liable are much greater.
