Well, we're nearly at the criminal failure to file the annual return point - and then the government has the option to strike off the company and Yorkville will be forced to take the full hit on their shareholding, which runs into tens of millions.

It is important that whatever happens, that the story is told so that there is a real impact on the orgainsations involved are held to account,

I hope it is.
