Offences have now been officially committed - the grace period for filing has past and all the Directors are now guilty of strict liability offences for failing to make the Annual Return and the failure to file Accounts has also laid the company liable to another fine.

I hope in the light of the CVA stitchup, the possibility of trading whilst insolvent and the back story will mean that criminal proceedings begin ASAP.
