I suspect that FMDAY is such small beer that they can't be bothered - also as O'Leary is in the USA, the level of hassle involved in taking him on is deemed to be not worth the candle.

However you could write as a disgruntled shareholder to Companies House asking them to consider disbaring those who can be held responsible from hlding directorships in the UK & EU. This might at least dent some reputations and put a few black marks on their public records.
