Providing overall guidance for Garibaldi's acquisitions and exploration strategies, Mr. Regoci has worked in the investment community for over 22 years. His primary focus has been financing of dozens of junior resource companies, collectively having raised multi-millions of dollars for seed capital, IPOs and secondary financings. His Expertise includes corporate due diligence, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Di Castri has 35 years of experience in professional management, marketing and sales, 18 years which have been in the field of industrial minerals including quarrying, processing and marketing of stone products. He is president of San Pedro Stone Inc. and was one of the original founding partners in 1992 and has been a director since 1995. Mr. Di Castri was actively involved in the development of the Black Gold claims and taking the company public in 1995.
Mr. Hinojosa joined Garibaldi Resources in 2007. He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey, México He is a corporate administrator with experience in management, development of start-up companies in México, his native country. Mr. Hinojosa is responsible for overseeing all exploration activities undertaken by our company projects in the Sierra Madre Region of México.
