Junior, the 34% participation is specifc to this particular deal. But from what I herd from someone who understands politics in Mongolia, is that its current practice in Mongolia and it doesn't hurt to give a 20% participation to the government to get them on your side to help speed up permits and so on.... Its an accepted way of of doing business there.
