Termination of Investor Relations Agreement

Dear shareholders,

Effective Friday March 6th 2009 AGORACOM will no longer be providing investor relations services for Garrison International.

The hub will be converted to a limited service hub. AGORACOM wishes Garrison International shareholders all the best in their future endevours.
