Did I consider posting this on SH? Don't remember my password for that site. Anyone who wishes, please copy and paste to there.

I did not realise compiling a report of this nature was so demanding of man-hours that even with, apparently, a better staffed company, and with all needed data already in hand, it could take 3 or more months.
