Dear Singh45,

As previously advised, see here (http://agoracom.com/ir/goldstake/mes... ) the company owns 60% of the Clay property. The likely hood of not spending the remaing amount is negligible, as the Company is meeting the terms of the agreement. Therefore there are no ramifications.
