Historic Milestone for Revolutionary First Responder Communications System

CALGARY, AB - (March 21, 2007) - Grayling Wireless USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRYW) is pleased to announce that its Radio Communications Division has completed its first deliveries of the ClearCalm Advantage–S communication system to two U.S. municipal fire departments. ClearCalm Advantage-S systems were delivered to municipal fire departments in Colorado and Arizona.

Jeff Love, CEO of Grayling Wireless U.S.A. Inc., stated that “Our previous ClearCalm deliveries have been to Canadian-based industrial customers. This delivery is significant from two aspects. These are our first ClearCalm deliveries to U.S. customers and are also our first ClearCalm deliveries to municipal fire departments.”

ClearCalm Advantage-S systems are currently under evaluation by numerous prospective customers and the company will continue to announce additional sales in both the private and public sectors in the near future.
