volume activity in November

the stock has gone down last month and the volume was fairly active. I wonder if there was tax loss selling going on. There has been talk of getting on another exchange but that means added costs for reporting. Reporting costs are a cost of doing business. It gives added credibility. When that happens and the business contineus to evolve then this will move in the right direction.
