Very good question! I never noticed the !NO INFORMATION! logo before.. This seems like a good question for AGORACOM to put forth to managment (if there is any).

As per IR in January 2008 we were to recieve information every two months or so regardless if there was any news at all.

Ball is in your court AGORACOM, I would like to know of the current Managment Structure as of TODAY.
