Folks, I believe you will find that the recent spike which caused the "head and shoulders" was because of a stock promotion broup known as "MEC"

If you check out the other stocks they have promoted in the past several weeks such as INIX, HCMP, FRGY and CHDO, you will see this identical pattern in all of these. Some refer to this as a "pump and dump" scheme and feel it is a reason to exercise extreme caution with any stock.they promote.
