Jeff Love

CEO

has over 30 years of experience in financial management of public companies in the technology and resources sectors along with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.  Jeff Love assisted in the formation of Grayling in mid-2001 and has served as Chief Financial Officer and Director since the Company's inception.  In mid-2004 Mr. Love's leadership, experience and vision earned him the additional responsibilities of CEO.

Grant Moar

President

has 20 years of experience in fire, safety and process instrumentation throughout North America and Europe.  In August 2004 Grant joined Grayling as President while continuing to serve on the Board of Directors to offer insight into the fire and safety industries.  His team building and leadership abilities have been instrumental in providing the direction required for Grayling to complete its wireless communications products including ClearCalm.  In addition, Mr. Moar's many years of international business experience and contacts have provided Grayling with the knowledge required for a successful entry in the world wide GPS Business.

Mario Mannella

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the technology sector.  Mr. Mannella has helped propel start-up divisions for major corporations in the computer and telecommunications sectors.  He has been a vice president of Sales and Marketing at both TELUS and Bell Canada and has a passion for building high-performance teams focused on driving profitable market share growth.  Mr. Mannella also has considerable mergers and acquisitions experience and has sat on several advisory boards in the high-tech sector.

Joan Chambers

Chief Operations Officer

joined Grayling after 22 years with a Western Canadian distribution company.  During her 22 year tenure, Ms. Chambers oversaw the growth of this multi-faceted company by over 400% while still maintaining excellent customer service and staff.  Her responsibilities grew dynamically with the company where she began her career as an accountant.  She was directly responsible for the selection and implementation of the business solutions software (Sentai's Trax) and quickly accelerated to the position of Controller.  Her position soon encompassed the general management of operations, inventory, corporate finance and human resources across the enterprise.  Ms. Chambers brings an abudnance of energy, expeirence and attention to detail to the operations and interest of Grayling.
