NEWS - Grizzly Diamonds Announces Appointment of Dr. Solomon Pillersdorf to Its Board of Directors

EDMONTON, ALBERTA, Nov. 28, 2007 - Grizzly Diamonds Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GZD)(FRANKFURT:G6H) ("Grizzly") is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Solomon (Sam) Pillersdorf to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Pillersdorf has been involved in the mining sector for over ten years, including funding start-up mining companies and sourcing and funding resource claims. He is currently on the advisory committee of a TSX Venture Exchange listed junior resource company, having previously served on its Board of Directors. Dr. Pillersdorf is Head of Rheumatology Outpatients and Head of Rheumatology training at the McMaster University Medical Centre.

"I am extremely pleased to have Dr. Sam Pillersdorf join our Board as he adds another independent voice and a wealth of mining industry and business experience" said Brian Testo, President and CEO of Grizzly.

The appointment of Dr. Pillersdorf is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Grizzly is an aggressive Canadian exploration company focused on exploring for diamonds in Alberta and precious metals in North America. It currently holds diamond properties in the Buffalo Head Hills, Birch Mountains and Pelican Mountain areas of Alberta totaling over three million acres which host prospective geophysical targets and associated diamond indicator minerals. In British Columbia, Grizzly has four precious metal properties totaling over 23,000 acres.

All 2007 field programs are being conducted under the supervision of Michael Dufresne, P. Geol., a principal of APEX Geoscience Ltd. and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
