The weighted average of all the fire assays and screen metallic assays from this 1-metre section in hole BD2011-184 is 64.1 g/t Au.

Good morning Bears

Please bare with me (no pun intended), this news?? good??

I was interested in this company (Fractal) so I looked into it and found out that it does not trade yet (Q1 2009). Further research, I found out the Pres and Vice of Fractal are also the CEO and CFO Channel Resources, this is not unusual, but the news report mentioned 50,000 Fractal shares as part of the deal and Channel Resources had a trade of 50,000 shares (0.06 ) today.

I guess my question is how does Grizzly receive stock from a company that hasn't been IPO'd yet? are these options, convertibles, or Channel shares?.....

One interesting point about Fractal is that Mr Kiyosaki (Rich Dad /Poor Dad fame) is one of the directors.

If I am way of on this forgive me, I'm new at this and still trying to understand these things.
