From what I know about Grizzly Diamonds I think you are totally incorrect on your take on this... I would suggest, that if you are a current shareholder or are looking to become one, that you give Mr. Testo a call and discuss this with him in person.

Because of there being so few shares out there we have stayed within 50% of the amount that the PPs have been done at, this is not the case in most of the small or even large cap companies out there.

There are other ways to raise money, like JVs etc, without giving up control of the company.

Again, do give the Griz a call...
