wow! I think I am going to have to read this a few more times to completely understand it, however, it appears that we have a new subsiduary of Grizzly from which they intend to explore the potash properties........ please anyone correct me if I am wrong

and it appears they will be able to do this without diluting GZD - wow again

I know that it takes a large amount of cash to drill up potash, similar to drilling for oil, I think, and so this is great news!!

congrats again, Mr Testo, for thinking outside the box and for once again bringing value to the shareholders of GZD - I hope you will do another Executive Address soon and help us newbie types to fully appreciate the whole NR
