It looks to me as if Grizzly is going to keep part ownership of the new spin-off company, so present shareholders will have an indirect interest in the potash project.

Price per share for the P.P. is not yet determined ( I dont see that in the news release at least), and percentage of ownership kept by Grizzly is still to be decided also.

Potash development is expensive, though returns are good too, so a separate company is a good way to go.
