Well, all the assets are currently valued at $0.45 times 22,943,970, the number of shares, or $10,325,000+-; If GZD keeps 51% of the new Potash Co. shares, and they raise finance, prove an economic resource, with a total of 10million shares say, and each of those shares is valued at $1, then the value of GZD will then be increased by $5,100,000, or about an extra 25 cents or so per existing GZD share. I dont think that much value is attributed to the potash assets in the present share price.

This is all hypothetical of course, the actual figures will be different, but that is more or less how it is supposed to work, I think.
