hello Dor
Welcome to the GZD forum.
You may know better than I the relationship between rock samples and drilling however if I go into an ice cream store and ask for a sample I would expect to get the same ice cream in the cone.... LOL
I did speak to Griz last evening and I can tell you that he and the Apex Geoscience boys are very very excited and are 'chomping at the bit' literally to get drilling. The drills are definitely the truth machines and it will be fascinating to see what is in that 500 x 800 ovoid magnetic anomaly and in all the other targets they have identified.
I have been reading through, again, the "Ghost Towns & Mining Camps of the Boundary Country" book by Garnet Basque and trying to match the areas in the NR to the areas described in the book. It is really amazing to think of the mineralization that is potentially sitting in those hills and has been since the Jurassic.... watch out for dinosaur bones!
Here's to a great couple of months of drilling!
