EDMONTON, ALBERTA--( Jan. 20, 2010) - Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GZD) (FRANKFURT:G6H) ("Grizzly") announces that the Board of Directors has granted stock options to acquire up to an aggregate 665,000 common shares of Grizzly ("Shares") under the Company's stock option plan, of which 400,000 were granted to directors and officers. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.40 per Share.
