This stock is in play and will probably gap up tomorrow, there was just too much buying pressure all day. When you look at the potential here it is easy to see:
500k tons per year first year at a cost of 65$ per ton when spot price is $128 gives us 31.5M profit per year the first year of production. With a P/E of only 5, this gives us a SP of $1.875 per share. But wait, we plan on having capacity of 3M tons per year and have a reserve of 315M tons for about 100yrs of production...Hmmm PE of 3 does not seem right with that future potential in only 2 years. Once we get to our target production with a PE of 5, we are looking at a SP of $11.25 per share. This is based on 3M tons per year x $63 profit per ton x PE of 5 divided by 84M shares. Now, alot has to lign up for this to happen but this is the plan and if executed properly, we will reach these milestones.
I bought today at .31 after breaking thru the 0.30 resistance and then at .47 I loaded up once I got thru these numbers and I am comfortable with my second purchase as much as my first one. The potential here is just too good and realistic. I would not be surprised to see us going over 0.65 tomorrow on heavy volume and finish the month over 0.85$
To the longs, your time is here, this is a good time to take some profits!!
I am just along for the short bounce but I think it will be a good one!!
Also, only 2 houses were really net selling today: RBC dumped 576k shares at 0.31...little did they know!!! That is the biggest problems with retail...most cannot see the full picture and sell out way too early. Anonymous as usual was the big seller with 1.76M shares. The next biggest net seller was Scotia I trade with 179k. Buyers outnumbered sellers by more that 2-1...so from a house position, we should have a big day tomorrow.
Good luck to all
