Opti had a good price rise today, on decent volume. I noticed this press release tonight (but out earlier this month, and just now featured on Infomine) saying that Opti was such a good candidate for a takeover, that they would no longer exist as a separate entity by the end of the year. The CEO refused to answer questions about potential takeover offers.

They recently got a new CEO who is an oil and gas analyst with Genuity Capital (after former CEO is said to have "resigned by agreement".
