Toronto, Canada – March 4, 2008, Intertainment Media Inc. (“Intertainment”) is pleased to announce that broadcast industry veteran Mr. Kevin Shea has joined the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Shea is the Chair of the Ontario Media Development Corporation. Mr. Shea is also the owner and president of SheaChez Inc., a consulting firm whose clients include the CBC, Telus Communications and Standard Broadcasting. As the former president and CEO of Sirius Satellite Radio as well as YTV Canada, Mr. Shea led both companies through the CRTC licensing and start-up processes. He also served as president and COO of the Global Television Network, and executive vice-president at Bell Globemedia Inc. Mr. Shea’s other accomplishments include chairing the Toronto Tourism Recovery Alliance in the aftermath of SARS, the Canadian Association of Broadcasters TV Board, and the Canadian Film Centre. Mr. Shea holds several directorships, including one with Cookie Jar Entertainment Inc., of Arthur, Caillou and Doddlebops fame.

The Company would also like to announce that Mr. Brian Novak, member of the Board of Directors has resigned to focus his attention on other business matters.

The Company has issued 3,225,000 common stock options at a price based on the closing price of $0.105 CDN on February 28, 2008. 2.1 Million of the common stock options were issued to company officials and board members. The Corporation has determined that exemptions from the various requirements of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 5.9 are available for the granting of the options.
