Intertainment Media Inc. – Update

Over the past 3 months, Intertainment has been extremely busy working on business deals for a number of our divisions, and we continue to secure a host of new business and revenue opportunities.

Even in these turbulent markets, we have made headway. We have closed financing, executed our marketing strategies and increased opportunities in our business units. We believe that we are becoming better positioned in the marketplace, as many of our offerings are value based, providing our clients with a stronger consumer offering that has strong ROI and leverages their current market offerings. This allows clients to spend more strategically and “squeeze” more out of their marketing budgets.

Itibiti Systems

Our business and technical models have been reviewed and signed off by a number of leading partner groups in the broadcast, technology and advertising agency sectors. These companies have agreed to participate in our programs, providing advertising revenue, content and technical services to our growing list of clients. We are in the midst of the final designs and rollout schedules with our clients and will keep you informed of our progress.

Itibiti Brewing Up A Major Deal – Itibiti has signed an initial deal to provide an exclusive industry sector program to one of the largest brewing companies in the world. In its early stages, the companies are working on the program to allow over 1 Million registered users the ability to integrate the Brewer’s long standing promotional program in to a desktop application featuring content, communications and loyalty programs with Itibiti.

Major US Broadcaster executes agreement – We have been working over the past 15 months with a tier 1 US broadcaster and we have formally executed agreements to provide Itibiti services to their online broadcasting, subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.

Secure desktop environment aimed at younger audiences – We have developed for both a US and Canadian cable subscribers a new digital platform that will allow specialty broadcasters of children’s programming to provide parents with a feature rich environment for pre-school children.

Traveling with Itibiti – We are in the midst of finalizing the go forward program for our major travel client. The program will push travel content (videos), specials, news and information right to the desktop, along with a suite of communications services. Users will also be able to communicate with family and friends when they travel, at no cost, using Itibiti on their laptop computers.

Sports and More with Itibiti – We have passed the initial tests with our major league sports client and we are now reviewing strategic opportunities with broadcast partners.

Graphics Services

We have begun to execute the major contracts we announced a few months and the graphics services division is very busy. As mentioned in the earlier announcement, these contracts have the ability to increase divisional revenues significantly and we are already seeing the increases.

Digital Media

Our digital media division has served up some great advertising campaigns in the past few months, and we are continuing to work with leading advertising agencies to grow this business unit.
