For the most part of '08 we were staying around that 10 cent level. We went down to 3 over the last 6-8 weeks I think because of a combination of the overall markets and whether future financing was being made available. Now that we have an influx of capital, I think we've won a minor reprieve and now it's time to perform to take it to the next level.
