Intertainment Financing Update

TORONTO, CANADA, February 5, 2009- Intertainment Media Inc. (“Intertainment” or the “Company”) (TSXV:INT) announced today that is has completed its private placement of units of Intertainment as previously announced in the press release dated December 2, 2008 (the “Offering”). Intertainment closed on a total of $875,000 pursuant to the Offering. D&D Securities Company acted as agent to the Offering and received an 8% commission in cash and options to purchase up to 8% of the units sold for a period of 18 months from the date of completion of the Offering.
